Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller identity and scope

These terms govern purchases made by consumers on contempee.fr. The version that applies is the one available at the time of the order.

2. Products

Contempee offers faux flowers and plants, arrangements, decorative trees, vases, pots, furniture, wall decor and accessories. The essential characteristics, dimensions, variants and included items are specified on each product page. Styling accessories are included only where the product page says so. The colours shown may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. Any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Order and payment

You select the items and their variants, check your basket and contact details, then confirm the order with an obligation to pay. The payment methods available are those offered at checkout. Payment is due at the time of the order. A confirmation is sent by email once your order is validated. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will let you know and refund the items concerned.

5. Delivery

Delivery to mainland France is scheduled within 3 to 5 days. It costs €4.49 and is free on orders of €50 or more. Detailed arrangements are set out in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have fourteen calendar days after receipt to notify your withdrawal to contempee@contempee.fr. Choosing a standard variant does not constitute a customisation that excludes this right. Return deadlines, costs and refund arrangements are set out in our returns and refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantees

The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). You have two years from delivery to rely on it; it allows, in particular, repair or replacement free of charge under the conditions provided for by law. If these remedies are not possible, or are implemented in a way that does not respect your rights, a price reduction or termination of the sale may be requested in the cases provided for by law.

The guarantee against hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil), may be exercised within two years of discovering the defect. It allows you to request the return of the goods against a refund, or to keep them against a reduction in price.

8. Use and care

Follow the information on each product page, in particular the conditions for indoor or outdoor use and the care instructions. Decorative items are not toys. A consumer's legal rights are not limited by this advice.

9. Personal data and content

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The content of the site remains subject to the rights of their respective owners.

10. Complaints and applicable law

For a complaint, contact contempee@contempee.fr so that we can seek an amicable solution. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections that apply.
